JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Communicate with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
- Monitor internal systems and ensure compliance
- Propose and manage the department‘s budget
- Prepare a report to analyze the effectiveness of operation.
- Inspect equipment, facilities, risk factors and center areas to ensure quality/ safety/ efficient service for students and conformance to standards
- Supervise and even build the processes that are necessary to meet and potentially surpass production goals. The processes include the equipment required, staffing and material needs to move operations forward.
- Act as the main point of contact between the operation team and sales/ other departments.
- Purchase stationary or other materials to supply for the need of department efficiency
- Work and communicate with third parties to deal terms and conditions in the contract.
- Other related duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Good command of both Vietnamese and English.
- At least 1 years’ working experience in a similar field.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Strong focus on setting standards in sales consultation and customer service quality.
- Good communication,customer focus, agility, persuasion, and analytical skills.
- Excellence PC skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel around and outside the city.
