JOB OBJECTIVE:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager to lead and elevate YOLA’s brand presence across all touchpoints. This role will oversee the full Brand team including Content, Creative, and Offline Branding Activities to develop unified, user-centric campaigns that connect with parents and students across both digital and offline environments thanks to a strong understanding of our products, audiences, and education market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Brand Strategy & Execution:
- Build and execute a clear brand strategy that aligns with YOLA’s growth priorities and customer insight.
- Lead cross-channel campaigns (online & offline), ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
- Drive the shift from traditional branding (banners, booths) to experiential, insight-driven, and digital-native activation.
2. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Directly manage 3 brand sub-functions: Content, Creative (Video & Design), and Brand Activation (Event & Partnership, offline activities).
- Coordinate with the Digital team to ensure brand materials support paid/organic campaigns.
- Work with Telesales (TMK) and Center teams to align messages and boost conversion effectiveness.
- Coach and mentor team members; balance workload and performance expectations.
3. Campaign Development & Production Oversight:
- Oversee production of branding assets: PR articles, social ads, brand videos, in-center visibility materials.
- Lead a video-first approach to strengthen visual storytelling and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation (including freelancers when needed).
4. Insight-Driven Approach:
- Research and apply customer insights, product feedback, and data to improve campaign performance.
- Develop a seasonal brand calendar aligned with enrollment peaks and strategic launches.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in education, services, or consumer sectors.
- Proven track record in leading brand campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Strong leadership and people management skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing (content, visual, offline, digital, TMK support).
- Creative and data-driven, with an eye for execution and quality.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile team.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
