- As Senior Marketing Executive – Offline & School Partnerships, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing offline branding and lead-generation activities across schools, partnerships, and on-ground activations.
- You are expected to own the full offline loop — from concept → execution → post-activity follow-up → performance analysis → optimization. Strong partnership management, operational discipline, and business mindset are critical to succeed in this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Offline Marketing & Partnership Activity
- Plan and execute offline branding and lead-generation activities, including:
School workshops, talks, competitions, and academic collaborations - Booth activations, fairs, open days, and community events
- Partnership-led activations with schools, educational organizations, and local partners
- Ensure high execution quality across all touchpoints (content, PGs, booth setup, materials, messaging)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure activities align with brand positioning, academic value, and enrollment objectives
- Build and manage strong working relationships with schools, principals, teachers, and partner organizations
- Coordinate partnership scopes: activity formats, timelines, mutual benefits, and follow-up actions
- Support long-term school pipelines, not just one-off events, ensuring brand familiarity and trust over time
2. Performance Management
- Own offline & walk-in performance tracking across: leads > placement test > enrollment
- Work closely with Sale/ Tele teams to close the feedback loop after each offline activity
- Analyze performance by activity type, school, location, and format to identify what drives qualified leads
- Manage and monitor offline branding and activation budgets.
Recommend optimization actions to improve cost efficiency and effectiveness over time - Monitor market insights & translate into actionable activities: competitive landscape, parent & student needs
3. Operational Excellence
- Coordinate with internal & external partners
- Ensure timelines, quality standards, and cost control are met
- Anticipate operational risks and proactively resolve issues during execution
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in offline marketing, brand activations, partnerships, or field marketing
- Experience in education, retail, FMCG activations, or community-based marketing is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in executing on-ground activities and following through on performance results
- Strong execution mindset — detail-oriented, hands-on, and accountable for outcomes
- Strong numerical and analytical capability — able to translate offline activities into measurable business impact
- Excellent stakeholder and partnership management skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working on-ground when needed
- Strong presentation and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
