- High Customer Service mind & pro-active sales/cross sales & follow-up to convert from potential lead source to meet the pipeline & final sales target.
- Counselling of prospective students and their families regarding study opportunities.
- Provision of information on institutions to students either face-to-face or over the telephone.
- Following up on students’ applications and keeping students posted/ informed on offers/rejections by the institutions.
- Counselling and assistance of prospective students in the entry visa application.
- Accurately & timely updating of student applications on the database & team reporting scheme.
- Provide good after-sales service to have a high parent/ student referral source.
- Assistance to Yola exhibitions, workshops and seminars.
- Interpretation for institutions at seminars/ interviews/ exhibitions if needed.
- Actively participating in Yola clients’ training.
- Maintaining a good rapport to students, their families, local and Yola’ clients and the visa office.
- Get to know and update the overseas study market, competitors and other related education organisations frequently.
- Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Experience in counselling or consulting for study abroad programs is preferred.
- Experience working in sales, marketing or related services.
- A passion for working with Vietnamese high school students preparing for university life abroad.
- High integrity and a strong belief in delivering a high-quality service to students and their parents.
- Good communication, customer focus and agility.
- An energetic and self-motivated personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Personal maturity. Be a team player.
