Mô tả công việc

  • Manage and develop the paid media channels, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Zalo.
  • Provide keyword research and analysis
  • Review landing pages for keyword optimization
  • Perform bid management
  • Monitor campaigns, budgets and performance
  • Develop and employ monthly email marketing campaigns
  • Analyze click-through rates, conversion rates and relevant KPIs
  • Track campaign performance through daily pacing reports, weekly analysis reports, and monthly budget allocation reporting
  • Produce monthly campaign reports
  • Work with brand team to maximize online marketing campaigns
  • Track the ROI of paid channels and report to Marketing Director  and other executives
  • Manage a team of digital marketing specialists; analyze performance of team members
  • Perform other duties required by the Marketing Director.


  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences with 5-year experience in marketing or relevant fields.
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing systematic and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/ SEM.
  • Deep knowledge of web analytics tools; working knowledge of ad serving tools and creative content writing.
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer focus and agility.
  • Good strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and result-driven.
