- Creative Design & Visual Production
- Design high-quality visual assets across marketing channels, including:
- Campaign Key Visuals, Digital advertising creatives for Facebook, TikTok, Google, and Display Ads.
- Social media posts, content series, and always-on communication assets.
- Basic POSM and offline adaptation materials when needed.
- Adapt and localize campaign KVs into multiple formats, ratios, and platform-specific layouts.
- Maintain strong attention to layout, typography, color, image treatment, and overall visual storytelling.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines, visual consistency, and premium design standards.
- Performance-Oriented Design
- Use visual hierarchy and message prioritization to make key selling points easy to understand.
- Develop digital creatives optimized for engagement and conversion, including CTR, CVR, thumb-stopping impact, and hook-first communication.
- Apply mobile-first design principles to ensure assets are clear, readable, and impactful on small screens.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to understand creative performance and translate learnings into improved visual iterations.
- Support creative testing by producing multiple design variations based on different hooks, messages, formats, or audience segments.
- AI-Driven Design Workflow
- Utilize AI tools to improve speed, ideation, and production quality, including:
- Image generation tools such as Midjourney, Higgsfield, Freepik AI.
- AI-assisted editing tools such as Photoshop AI, Firefly, Runway.
- Integrate AI into the creative workflow, including concept exploration, background generation, visual references, asset variation, and production scaling.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Proactively clarify briefs, align expectations, and recommend visual solutions when creative or execution challenges arise.
- Work with the Content, Brand team to translate content briefs into clear and compelling visual directions.
- Work with the Digital team to design performance creatives for paid media and campaign optimization.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, 2D design, or visual communication, preferably in agency or in-house marketing teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing: Campaign Key Visuals, Social media design, Digital advertising creatives, Layout adaptation across multiple formats.
- Direct experience in digital and social content creation is required.
- Experience in education, consumer brands, retail, or service industries is a plus.
- Working experience in creative agencies is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Adobe Creative Suite skills ((Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effect, Audition,..) are required with at least 2 years experience
- Strong design foundation in visual storytelling, layout, typography, color, composition, and image treatment.
- Good understanding of digital creative principles, including mobile-first design, thumb-stopping visuals, and conversion-oriented layout.
- Strong capability in AI-assisted creative workflow, including tools such as ChatGPT, HiggsField, Freepik AI, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Photoshop AI, Firefly, or Runway.
- Able to generate creative concepts while maintaining clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy when needed.
- Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and able to maintain premium visual standards under tight timelines.
- Solutions-oriented and supportive in finding practical solutions to unexpected creative or execution challenges.
