JOB DESCRIPTION
- Fully responsible for and take good care of trade marketing activities in terms of sales, traffic performances, as well as indoor and outdoor visibility to maximize the location awareness of the centers in coordination with internal (Digital, Creative, telesales, products) and external teams (Customer care, Centers, Education consultant, Academic...).
- Proactively own and well manage all below the line (BTL) activities for promoting the products within the product line.
- Take care of product demos/ promotion /samplings/trade activations & opening new store.
- Cascade and well adapt all internal & external Marketing campaigns to recruit new customers.
- Develop and flawlessly execute BTL marketing activities (events / workshop / seminar / open day) to recruit new customers, new deals, and new leads.
- Develop and maintain the network of relationship with partners (school, authority and other business partners).
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Develop quality control system to maintain the service level and quality of product.
- Conduct & execute market research and keep an eye on every competitor’s movement.
- Nurturing lead for further following before transferring to sales team.

- Prepare and adhere to budgets.
- Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
- Develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
- Well complete other tasks as assigned by Trade Marketing Team Leader.
- Generate contents (text and videos) for promotions, social media channels
- Follow up and measure outcomes of all marketing activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in event, trade marketing or general marketing.
- Social media knowledge
- Good working attitude and positive thinking.
- Proactive and “can-do” attitude, able to work under pressure.
- Good at English Communication, proficiency in MS Office.
- Detail- oriented, customer service-minded.
- Having working experience in education field is an advantage.
