JOB DESCRIPTION
HUMAN RESOURCE:
- Serves as primary point person and consultant for all HR matters.
- Provides day-to-day guidance to employees on all performance-related issues (including performance evaluation, career development, promotion, recognition and rewards, and disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and employee engagement.
- Support in making yearly headcount planning/ budget and control the headcount/ budget during the year.
- Together with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, select the best fit talents and retain talents.
- Follow up onboarding programs and ensure all employees are well equipped with all necessary knowledge per designated program.
- Conduct exit interview to learn where the company can improve itself, to make sure the employee’s concerns be addressed and solved before leaving the company.
- Provides insightful reports and analysis of essential HR data (Payment structure, Turnover, Performance evolution, etc) to Business Leaders. Recommends enhancements as necessary.
- Participate in common HR projects (Staff cost planning, Performance Assessment, Salary Review, etc).
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION:
- Prepare, control and follow up cost/budget for all Office Admin Operation.
- Be responsible for office hygiene and innovation/decoration and maintenance.
- Be responsible for all admin services (stationeries, mailing express, taxi card/ transportation accounts, etc).
- Lead or coordinate with other teams to organize staff events.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College or Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in Admin/ HR general.
- Good at English communication.
- Good customer focus and agility.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Must have excellent understanding of HR operations and willingness to be hands-on, when required.
