- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across all levels, covering Sales, Teachers and Back-office roles, ensuring hiring targets are met on time and with quality.
- Proactively source candidates and build strong talent pipelines through diverse channels to ensure ready-to-hire resources at all times.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to align hiring targets and candidate quality; provide market insights and analyze recruitment data to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Develop and execute Employer Branding initiatives while managing and growing recruitment channels (Facebook, LinkedIn and company website) to strengthen sustainable talent attraction.
- Lead recruitment activities (job fairs, open days, internship programs) to expand candidate reach.
- Standardize interview processes, mentor junior team members and enhance overall recruitment professionalism.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Foreign Languages or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience; experience in hiring Sales (KPI-driven roles) and/or Teachers is a strong advantage.
- Proven sourcing capability, especially in social recruiting and mass hiring.
- Data-driven, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Proactive, resilient and high sense of ownership.
- Good command of English is required.
