Mô tả công việc

Video Production:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop video content that effectively communicates YOLA‘s brand message and marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with the production house, agency, or 3rd party to produce TVCs, corporate videos
  • Coordinate video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, talent casting, and equipment setup, to ensure high-quality production standards are met.

Video Editing:

  • Edit raw footage into polished and professional video content 
  • Enhance video quality through color correction, audio adjustments, visual effects, and motion graphics to create visually captivating videos.

Content Development:

  • Generate creative ideas for video content that resonate with YOLA’s target audience and align with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to adapt marketing messages and themes into engaging video narratives that drive engagement and conversions.

Multi-platform Optimization:

  • Optimize video content for distribution across various platforms, including social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Ensure videos are formatted correctly for each platform and comply with platform-specific guidelines and best practices.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all video content, including visual elements, messaging, and tone.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that video content accurately reflects YOLA’s brand identity and values.


  • Minimum of 2 years of filming and editing experience
  • Experience and understanding of using basic filming/shooting and lighting equipment.
  • Experience in video editing, utilizing video editing tools and software.
  • Know how to edit movies with Premiere Pro & After Effects, and have basic graphics knowledge.
  • Have good aesthetic & creative mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of current trends in video marketing, social media platforms, and digital content distribution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
